influence the management and sustainability of human resources development,

The
Global Alliance for Development Foundation invests in the extraordinary
potential of young people. Founded in 2008 and registered in 2010 as a local
Youth Development Foundation in mining communities and environs, GADeF builds
and maintains a worldwide community of civil society organizations, businesses
and governments committed to empowering youth and young women to be healthy,
productive, and engaged citizens. GADeF programs are catalysts of positive
change that helps young people obtain quality education, gain employable
skills, make healthy choices, and improve their communities. GADeF envision
societies in the world where available resources have been effectively used as
a catalyst for poverty reduction, vulnerable restoration, wealth creation,
empowerment of youth and sustainable development of the people.GADeF provides
